This dish combines the sweetness of fresh mango with the heat of spicy shrimp, creating a perfect balance of flavors that is sure to impress your taste buds.

To start, gather the following ingredients:

  • 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 small tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste

Next, make sure you have the following kitchen tools ready:

  • citrus juicer
