  • beef sirloin steak (300g)
  • Szechuan peppercorns (1 tbsp)
  • fresh red chilies (2)
  • garlic cloves (3)
  • ginger (1-inch piece)
  • soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • oyster sauce (1 tbsp)
  • brown sugar (1 tbsp)
  • vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
  • green onions (2 stalks)

To start, heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Toss in the Szechuan peppercorns, red chilies, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant. Next, add the thinly sliced beef and continue to cook until browned on all sides.
