  • mango (1 medium)
  • red bell pepper (1)
  • onion (1)
  • garlic (2 cloves)

  • soy sauce (2 tbsp)

  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooked rice for serving

To start, heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant.
