For this unique dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • halloumi cheese (200g)
  • mixed greens (150g)
  • pomegranate seeds (50g)
  • cherry tomatoes (100g)
  • red onion (50g)
  • maple syrup (30ml)
  • cayenne pepper (5g)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

To bring this dish to life, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • grill pan
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Start by slicing the halloumi cheese into thick slices and placing them on a hot grill pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then set aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a spicy glaze.
