This dish combines the heat of spicy sausage with the sweetness of pineapple for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

To start, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 200g spicy sausage (sliced)
  • 150g pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 300g cooked rice

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • wok
  • chopping board
  • knife
  • spatula
  • measuring cup

Start by heating some oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced spicy sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the wok and set it aside.

In the same wok, add the sliced bell pepper, red onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil to the wok. Cook for another minute to allow the flavors to meld together.

Return the cooked sausage to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Serve the spicy sausage and pineapple stir-fry over cooked rice.
