  • red curry paste (2 tbsp)
  • vegetable broth (200ml)

  • garlic, minced (3 cloves)
  • fresh ginger, grated (1 tbsp)
  • lime juice (2 tbsp)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
