Today, I’m excited to share a unique and flavorful dish that is perfect for a cozy night in with loved ones. This recipe combines unexpected ingredients to create a dish that will surprise and delight your taste buds.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200g of cooked quinoa, 150g of diced mango, 100g of crumbled feta cheese, a handful of fresh mint leaves, and a squeeze of lime juice. Mix well to combine all the flavors and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 50g of tahini, 30ml of honey, 20ml of soy sauce, and a pinch of chili flakes. Pour this dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.
