To make this unique dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (diced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
