Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I’m sharing a recipe that’s perfect for a fun and flavorful taco night at home. These spicy mango shrimp tacos are a unique combination of sweet and savory flavors that will surely impress your taste buds. Let’s get cooking!

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Here are the kitchen tools you’ll need:

  • knife
  • mixing bowl
  • tongs

Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and taco seasoning, cooking until the shrimp is pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, sliced red onion, minced jalapeno, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Assemble your tacos by placing a scoop of the mango salsa on each tortilla, followed by the cooked shrimp and sliced avocado.

For an extra kick, you can drizzle some hot sauce or squeeze extra lime juice on top. Serve the tacos hot and enjoy the explosion of flavors with every bite!
