Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50g butter, melted
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender
