For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • boneless chicken thighs (400g)
  • teriyaki sauce (100ml)
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (2 peppers, minced)
  • corn tortillas (8 pieces)
  • red cabbage (100g, shredded)
  • avocado (1, sliced)
  • lime (1, juiced)
  • cilantro (a handful, chopped)

To prepare this dish, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • grill pan
  • tongs
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board

Start by marinating the chicken thighs in the teriyaki sauce and minced chipotle peppers for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
