Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
