Golden Baked Salmon with Tangy Lemon Butter Sauce

Crispy Parmesan Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that combines the richness of salmon with the tangy brightness of lemon butter sauce. This dish is perfect for a fancy dinner party or a special date night at home.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets (4)
  • parmesan cheese (50g)
  • butter (50g)
  • lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • garlic cloves, minced (2)
  • fresh parsley, chopped (2 tbsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • oven

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.

While the salmon is baking, prepare the lemon butter sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the lemon zest and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
