Ingredients:

  • artisanal sourdough bread (2 slices)
  • brie cheese (50g)
  • raspberry jam (1 tbsp)
  • balsamic glaze (1 tsp)
  • butter (10g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • griddle pan
  • spatula

Start by preheating your griddle pan over medium heat. While the pan is heating up, assemble your sandwich. Spread the raspberry jam on one slice of sourdough bread and drizzle the balsamic glaze on the other. Place the brie cheese in between the two slices of bread.

Once the pan is hot, add the butter and let it melt. Carefully place the sandwich in the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
