The combination of sweet honey glaze, crunchy pistachio crust, and succulent salmon is truly a match made in culinary heaven. Whether you’re looking to impress dinner guests or simply treat yourself to a special meal, this recipe is sure to wow your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets (150g each)
  • honey
  • pistachios (crushed)
  • lemon zest
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

To start, preheat your oven to 200°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle honey over the top of each fillet, then sprinkle a generous amount of crushed pistachios and lemon zest on top. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the pistachio crust is golden brown and crispy. While the salmon is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat.

Once the salmon is done, transfer it to the skillet skin-side down. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the skin is crispy. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 500g, with 2 servings. Each serving weighs around 250g, and is approximately 350 calories.
