For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Sweet potato
  • Coconut milk
  • Dark chocolate
  • Maple syrup
  • Chia seeds
  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • blender
  • saucepan
  • mixing bowl

To start, preheat your oven to 400°F and roast the sweet potato on a baking sheet for about 45 minutes, or until it’s tender. Once cooled, scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender with the coconut milk. Blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into a saucepan over low heat.
