Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (200g)
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • for garnish

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • microwave
  • spatula
  • ramekins

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocado and place it in a food processor. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, then add it to the avocado. Add cayenne pepper, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the food processor with a spatula to ensure everything is well mixed. Once the mousse is silky and well combined, spoon it into ramekins and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
