Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to steep for 10-15 minutes, letting the lavender essence fully blend in.

Next, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof bowl to remove the lavender and gelatin remnants. Divide the liquid evenly among ramekins or small dessert cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the panna cotta has set.
