  • penne pasta (300g)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • curry powder (2 tbsp)
  • red bell pepper (1, diced)
  • onion (1, chopped)
  • garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • chicken breast (2, diced)
  • fresh cilantro (for garnish)
