Today’s Special: Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies

Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a delightful treat that is perfect for any occasion — my Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies. The combination of rich chocolate brownies, creamy cheesecake, and tart raspberries creates a flavor explosion that will have everyone coming back for more.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • unsalted butter (150g)
  • dark chocolate (200g)
  • granulated sugar (200g)
  • eggs (3)
  • vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • all-purpose flour (75g)
  • cream cheese (250g)
  • raspberries (150g)
  • powdered sugar (50g)

To bring this delicious dessert to life, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • saucepan
  • baking dish
  • spatula

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C) and greasing a baking dish. In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together until well combined. Gradually add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.

In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the raspberries, being careful not to break them up too much. Pour half of the chocolate batter into the prepared baking dish, then spoon the cream cheese mixture on top. Add the remaining chocolate batter on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing into squares.

This decadent dessert weighs approximately 1000g, serves 12, with each serving weighing around 83g. Each serving is estimated to have around 250 calories.

One unique tip for this recipe is to swirl the cream cheese mixture into the chocolate batter with a knife before baking to create a beautiful marbled effect that will impress your guests.

I hope you enjoy making and indulging in these Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies as much as I do. Get creative with your own toppings or mix-ins to make it your own. Happy baking!
