Today’s Unique Dessert Creation: Spiced Chocolate Avocado Mousse

As the weather starts getting cooler, I find myself craving warm spices and comforting flavors. That’s why today, I’m excited to share with you my recipe for Spiced Chocolate Avocado Mousse. This unique dessert combines the creamy richness of avocado with the indulgent flavor of dark chocolate, all infused with a warm blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium avocados
  • 200g
  • 240ml
  • 120ml
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • saucepan
  • spatula
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

I start by melting the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. In the food processor, I combine the ripe avocados, melted chocolate, coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, and salt. I blend everything until it’s silky smooth and no avocado chunks remain.

The mixture is then transferred to individual serving glasses and chilled in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set. The end result is a decadent and velvety mousse with a rich chocolate flavor and a hint of warm spices.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 950g, making around 6 servings. Each serving weighs approximately 150g, with an estimated calorie count of 280 per serving.

One unusual tip to make this dessert even more special is to sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top before serving. The saltiness enhances the sweetness of the mousse and adds a delightful crunch to each bite.
