Today, I’m excited to share a unique and healthy dessert recipe that has become a staple in my kitchen – Matcha Avocado Mousse. This creamy and indulgent treat combines the earthy flavors of matcha with the richness of avocado for a dessert that is both satisfying and nutritious.

To make this delicious Matcha Avocado Mousse, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • for garnish

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • spatula

First, start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocados and placing it into the blender. Add in the coconut milk, matcha powder, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.

Once the mixture is smooth, divide it into individual serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the mousse to set. When ready to serve, garnish each cup with a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness.

The total weight of the cooked Matcha Avocado Mousse is approximately 600 grams, with 4 servings in total. Each serving weighs around 150 grams, and one serving is estimated to be around 200 calories.
