Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (200g)
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder (15g)
  • 6 pitted dates (100g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (20g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • spatula

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocado and place it in a food processor. Add in the matcha powder, pitted dates, and coconut milk. Blend everything together until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the chia seeds.

Divide the mixture into individual serving bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the pudding. This dessert can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature, depending on your preference.

Once ready to serve, garnish the matcha avocado pudding with a sprinkle of extra matcha powder for a pop of color and flavor. The combination of creamy avocado, earthy matcha, and sweet dates creates a unique and satisfying dessert experience.
