Introducing My Unique Fall Treat: Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake

As the weather starts to cool down and the leaves begin to change color, I find myself craving warm and cozy flavors. Today, I’m excited to share with you my newest creation: Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake. This decadent dessert combines the classic flavors of a pumpkin spice latte with a creamy and rich cheesecake filling, making it the perfect treat for the fall season.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 400g cream cheese, softened
  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g butter, melted
  • For topping

To make this Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • hand mixer
  • springform pan
  • baking sheet

Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lining the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, espresso, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth. Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust.

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, top the cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for an extra touch of fall flavor. Enjoy a slice of this Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake with a hot cup of coffee for the ultimate autumn treat.

This Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake yields approximately 10 servings, with each serving weighing around 200g. One serving of this indulgent dessert is estimated to be around 350 calories.

An unusual tip for this recipe is to brew a strong shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly before adding it to the cheesecake filling. This will enhance the coffee flavor and give the cheesecake a rich and decadent taste.

I hope you give this Pumpkin Spice Latte Cheesecake a try and make it your own with different toppings or a drizzle of caramel. Let me know how it turns out for you and enjoy the cozy flavors of fall!
