  • 2 ripe avocados (300g)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (30g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 small beetroot, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
