Ingredients:

  • 300g pumpkin puree
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
