Spiced Pear and Gorgonzola Flatbread

Today, I’m excited to share a unique and delicious flatbread recipe that combines the sweetness of pears with the bold flavors of gorgonzola cheese and warm spices. This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a casual gathering with friends. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (200g)
  • ripe pear, thinly sliced (1)
  • gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (100g)
  • honey (30ml)
  • ground cinnamon (5g)
  • fresh rosemary, chopped (10g)
  • olive oil (30ml)

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • rolling pin
  • knife
  • pastry brush

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet.

Brush the dough with olive oil, then layer the sliced pear on top. Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese evenly over the pears. Drizzle the honey on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and fresh rosemary.

Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
