This Maple Butter Pear Tart is perfect for a cozy winter evening or a special occasion where you want to impress your guests with a unique dessert.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry (250g)
  • butter (100g)
  • maple syrup (50ml)
  • pears (3, thinly sliced)
  • brown sugar (50g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • rolling pin
  • baking sheet
  • pastry brush

To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to fit your baking sheet. Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet and fold the edges to create a border. In a saucepan, melt the butter and maple syrup together until well combined. Brush the maple butter mixture over the puff pastry.
