  • lemon curd (300g)
  • lavender infused cream (200g)
  • egg whites (3)
  • sugar (150g)
  • dried lavender (for garnish)

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Press the pie crust into a greased pie tin and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
