  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (25g)
  • 2 tbsp honey (30g)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (60ml)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (15g)
  • Handful of mixed nuts

I start by scooping out the flesh of a ripe avocado into a blender. To the blender, I add cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon, and almond milk. I blend everything until smooth and creamy. The avocado gives the dessert a velvety texture while adding a hint of green color.

Next, I stir in chia seeds for a boost of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The chia seeds add a subtle crunch to the dessert, providing a nice contrast to the creamy avocado base. I then portion the mixture into individual ramekins and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
