Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (30g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60ml)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

To make this decadent Chocolate Avocado Mousse, start by halving the avocados and removing the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a food processor. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and sea salt to the food processor.
