  • purple sweet potatoes (500g)
  • maple syrup (100ml)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • matcha powder (20g)
  • chopped pistachios (50g)

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

To start, peel and chop the purple sweet potatoes into small chunks. Steam them until they are soft and then transfer them to a food processor. Add in the maple syrup, coconut milk, and matcha powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
