  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 100g sugar
  • 15g cornstarch
  • 1 lemon, juiced

To start, preheat your oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, chopped basil leaves, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Gently mix everything together until the blueberries are well coated with the sugar mixture.

Next, roll out the pie crust on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Transfer the pie crust to a pie dish and gently press it down to fit the shape of the dish. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
