  • chia seeds (40g)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • agave nectar (20g)
  • mango (1, diced)
  • toasted coconut flakes (10g)

Gather your kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • cups or jars for serving

Start by combining the chia seeds, coconut milk, and agave nectar in a mixing bowl. Whisk everything together until well combined, then cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Once the chia pudding has set, it’s time to assemble your dessert. Take your serving cups or jars and spoon a layer of chia pudding into the bottom of each one. Top the pudding with a layer of diced mango and sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes on top for added crunch.
