Luscious Avocado Matcha Dessert: A Refreshing Twist on Tradition

Today, I’m excited to share a unique dessert recipe that combines some unexpected flavors for a truly delightful treat. As the weather starts to warm up, I find myself craving something light and refreshing, which is why I came up with this innovative recipe.

To make this one-of-a-kind dessert, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (about 200g)
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • Handful of crushed pistachios for garnish

Be sure to gather the following kitchen tools before you begin:

  • blender
  • zester
  • juicer

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocado and add it to the blender. Pour in the coconut milk, matcha powder, honey, and the juice and zest of the lime. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.

Once you have a smooth mixture, transfer it to individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour to chill and set.

When you’re ready to serve, sprinkle a generous amount of crushed pistachios on top for a crunchy texture and nutty flavor.

The total weight of this dessert once prepared is approximately 500g, with enough to serve 4 people. Each serving weighs around 125g, with an estimated calorie count of 200 per serving.
