Hello friends! Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that brings together the sweetness of mangoes with the heat of spices in a delicious curry dish. This unique flavor combination is perfect for a cozy night in or a special dinner with loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • ripe mangoes
  • onion
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • green chili
  • turmeric powder
  • cumin powder
  • coriander powder
  • red chili powder
  • coconut milk
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Kitchen Tools:

  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon

To start, we will marinate the chicken with turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. While the chicken is marinating, we will puree the mangoes, onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili in a blender until smooth.

In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides. Then, add the mango puree and coconut milk. Let it simmer on low heat until the chicken is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Once the curry is ready, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the Spicy Mango Chicken Curry hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
