  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 100g chopped pistachios
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 15ml orange blossom water
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • cake pan
  • oven

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the orange blossom water and orange zest.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, chopped pistachios, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
