To make these delicious Mediterranean tacos, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • ground lamb
  • cucumber, diced
  • tomato, diced
  • feta cheese, crumbled
  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • lemon, juiced
  • mint leaves, chopped
  • parsley, chopped
  • Greek yogurt
  • corn tortillas

To prepare this dish, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • spatula
  • mixing bowl

Start by heating a skillet over medium heat and cooking the ground lamb until browned and cooked through. While the lamb is cooking, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, red onion, lemon juice, mint, and parsley in a mixing bowl to make the salsa.
