  • 300g ground lamb
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 150g diced cucumbers

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

While the chickpeas are roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground lamb and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Set aside to keep warm.

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with a dash of lemon juice and salt to taste. This will be the creamy and tangy element to balance out the flavors of the tacos.

Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
