For this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

  • crepe batter (homemade or store-bought)
  • smoked salmon
  • creme fraiche
  • capers
  • fresh dill
  • lemon zest
  • black pepper

In terms of kitchen tools, you will need:

  • crepe pan
  • spatula
  • cutting board
  • knife
  • grater

To begin, heat your crepe pan over medium heat and pour a ladle full of crepe batter onto the pan. Cook the crepe for a few minutes on each side until it is golden brown and cooked through.
