To create this dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • jasmine rice (200g)
  • mango, diced (1 medium)
  • red bell pepper, sliced (1)
  • red onion, thinly sliced (1/2)
  • red chili pepper, minced (1)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • sriracha sauce (15ml)
  • lime juice (1 lime)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (a handful)
  • salt and pepper to taste

For this recipe, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • wooden spoon

Start by cooking the jasmine rice according to the package instructions. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat. Add in the soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

In a separate pan, sauté the red bell pepper, red onion, and red chili pepper until they are soft and fragrant. Add in the diced mango and continue to cook for a few more minutes until the mango is heated through.
