Mouth-Watering Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos with Coconut-Lime

Today, I am excited to share with you a unique and exotic recipe that I recently discovered. This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion when you want to impress your guests with something out of the ordinary.

For this recipe, we will be making Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos with Coconut-Lime Slaw. The combination of sweet mango, spicy shrimp, and refreshing coconut-lime slaw creates a burst of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients:
– 250g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 ripe mango, diced
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 red chili pepper, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1/2 cup coconut milk
– Juice of 1 lime
– 8 small tortillas

To start, marinate the shrimp in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, coconut milk, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss until the cabbage is well coated in the coconut-lime dressing.

Warm the tortillas on a grill pan until slightly charred and pliable. Assemble the tacos by layering the coconut-lime slaw, cooked shrimp, diced mango, sliced avocado, red onion, minced chili pepper, and fresh cilantro on top of each tortilla.

Serve the Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos with Coconut-Lime Slaw immediately and enjoy the explosion of flavors in every bite.
