  • cumin
  • honey

Preparation

Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and cumin, then grill them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

While the lamb chops are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a bowl, whisk together the juice of the orange, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Set aside.

Cut the kiwano melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh of the melon and dice it into small pieces. Crumble the blue cheese and mix it with the diced kiwano melon.
