Ingredients:

  • 300g boneless lamb meat
  • 200g purple sweet potatoes
  • 100g pearl onions
  • 50g dried figs
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ladle

To begin, start by cutting the boneless lamb meat into bite-sized pieces and peeling and dicing the purple sweet potatoes. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the lamb pieces until they are golden and crispy. Add in the pearl onions and diced sweet potatoes, cooking until they start to soften.

Next, stir in the harissa paste, vegetable broth, cinnamon stick, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the stew to simmer for about 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the vegetables to become tender.

Once the stew is nearly finished cooking, add in the dried figs for a touch of sweetness and let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.

Serving:

This Mystical Moonlight Stew serves 4 people, with each serving weighing approximately 400g. The comforting stew is perfect for a cozy night in or for sharing with loved ones on a chilly evening. Each serving contains approximately 350 calories.
