  • salmon fillets (4, about 150g each)
  • pistachios (100g, shelled and crushed)
  • honey (2 tbsp)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
  • lemon (1, juiced)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • food processor
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse the pistachios until finely crushed. Transfer them to a shallow dish and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the honey glaze over each fillet. Press the glazed side of the salmon fillets into the crushed pistachios until well coated.
