Today’s Unique Creation: Rainbow Spaghetti Salad

As the weather gets warmer and the sun shines a bit brighter, I find myself craving light and colorful dishes. Today, I’m excited to share with you my Rainbow Spaghetti Salad recipe. This dish is not only visually stunning but also bursting with fresh flavors that will delight your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
