  • shortcrust pastry (250g)
  • bacon strips (150g)
  • pecans (100g)
  • maple syrup (200ml)
  • brown sugar (100g)
  • egg (1)
  • butter (50g)

  • mixing bowl

I start by rolling out the shortcrust pastry and lining the pie dish. Next, I fry the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
