Today, I’m excited to share a recipe for a light and refreshing mango avocado salad that’s perfect for a hot summer day. The combination of sweet mangoes, creamy avocados, and tangy lime dressing creates a burst of flavor that will leave you feeling satisfied and refreshed.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
