That’s why today, I’m excited to share my recipe for Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Tacos. This dish is perfect for a light and satisfying meal that’s bursting with flavor.

To start, gather the following ingredients:

  • Fresh shrimp (300g, peeled and deveined)
  • Fresh cilantro (a small bunch, chopped)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • Ripe avocado (1, diced)
  • Purple cabbage (150g, shredded)
  • Corn tortillas (6)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare your kitchen tools:

  • Skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Citrus juicer
  • Spatula

Start by heating a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
