Delicious Stuffed Mushrooms

Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a unique appetizer recipe with you that’s perfect for entertaining guests or simply treating yourself to a flavorful snack. These delicious stuffed mushrooms are filled with a savory mixture that will impress even the pickiest eaters. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 8 large cremini mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 150g cooked quinoa
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 10g fresh basil, chopped
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • knife
  • oven

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, leaving a hollow space in the caps. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cooked quinoa, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Next, stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.

Once cooked, remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. These flavorful bites are best enjoyed warm, so dig in and savor the delicious combination of savory cream cheese, nutty quinoa, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes.

Serving:

The approximate total weight of the cooked dish is 600g, with 8 servings. Each serving weighs around 75g, with an estimated calorie count of 120 per portion.

Clever Tip:

For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms before baking. This will create a crispy, cheesy crust that will take this dish to the next level.

I hope you give these delicious stuffed mushrooms a try and enjoy them as much as I do. Feel free to get creative with the ingredients and make this recipe your own. Happy cooking!
